Appointment Policy

Appointments (including cancellations) are accepted by a phone call, not sms/e-mail.

Cancellations without sufficent notice by a phone call are charged a portion of the cost. To change a morning appointment without charge, please call before 5:00pm the day before. To change an afternoon/evening appointment, please call before 9:00 am of the same day.

Missed appointments are charged full price.

How to get here:

It’s 1 block from the Granville Skytrain station and Canada Line (Waterfront station, Granville exit)
It’s a few minutes from the Seabus station.
The UBC 44 bus stops around the corner on Pender.
Across the street there’s a stop for busses heading north on Seymour:  4, 7, 10, 15, 16, 50 and others.
Park in the parkades  at Seymour after Pender/ at Richards at Pender / at Seymour between Georgia and Dunsmuir / at BCIT.
