He waited 3 years to get a haircut.  To get the mussed-up look and the body in his hair, I used a texture lotion that’s so light you can’t feel it in the hair.

I don’t ever suggest a woman cut off all her long hair (unless her hair is severely damaged). It has to be on the client’s initiative to crop it, and then the fun begins.  This was her idea, including the adorable style:
